On 5 July 2025, endurance athletes and fans of triathlon sports will get their money's worth again. The TriZell, an international triathlon, is entering its 36th round in Zell am See-Kaprun. The Olympic distance consists of a 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride and 10km run. The Sprint distance covers 750 meters swimming, 20 kilometers on bike and 5 kilometers of running. This year, the start and finish areas are in and around the Thumersbach lido with a view of the center of Zell am See, the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn.
