HNP-Club = Member in story of success

The HNP Club started twenty years ago with a traditional Time Share system and became a varied but definetely succsessful story over the years, leading to a prosperous business for all its share- and stakeholders today.

The basic idea of the founder members was to create an opportunity to obtain important earnings on their investment and cost benefits on the long run by making use of the beneficial housing possibility in an environment they helped to develop. Our members enjoy an emotional relation to the hotel itself considering it as their hotel and being able to enrich the wellbeing of the company by actively influencing decisions at the general meetings. Furthermore the „owners“ of the hotel will always, even after being redeemed, be special guests and be able to attend our Clubmember events.

In order to acquire an interest in our hotel below 500 000 € (which is the interest of our main associates) we offer two possibilities.

• On the one hand you face the option of becoming a silent partner and therefore purchase housing rights, similar to a time share contract – but way more secure and more flexible than a traditional time share model. This option requires quite a long commitment but offers attractive cost benefits on the long run including your personal housing rights.
• However not everybody wants to make such a long commitment – so on the other hand we offer an easy and tax reducing possibility – simply to acquire a bond issued by our hotel. Not only you will obtain attractive coupons but also get the full principal back when you decide to leave the commitment as it will be redeemed by the company when you want it to.
• To make this offer attractive for both sides we require a minimum deposit of 10 000 € and a commitment of at least five years to offer the following conditions:
• A guaranteed interst of 3 % per annum which can be reinvested
  or paid to you in cash if you intend it.
• A participation in our profits which can also be paid in a cash if required.
• A discount up to 30 % on our offers if you reinvest your capital gains in order to make a reservation for example.

If you combine these three exceptional advantages you can achieve an interest
up to approximately 8,6 % per annum on your investment.

What is more you face the possibility of making use of our beneficial shareholder weeks as HNP Clubmembers stay in the hotel and only have to pay the running costs.

The hotel operates successful due to its main business and raises funds for its projects not by taking out a loan from one bank but by involving shareholders. The cost benefit on the one hand makes the capital gain for investors on the other. Lots of monetary and non monetary costs can be optimized – a broader interest in the company made by different, interested investors is more likely to lead to desired results as one bank whose decision is taken by one person not really familiar with the company. Return by utilisation – investor and patron – synergy and trust these are the advantages for both sides.
