the hotel instead for 2004!

That is!
You have to deposit and with it internally exchange the
possibility your right to use internally within the hotel up to two years.
Definition: Right to use: (also TimeShare, right of residence,
week mentioned)
Their annually registered right, a room/studio/apartment, a defined category
(A - D) to a certain calendar week (RCI-week)- be able to inhabit.
- Punctual payment of the operating cost
- Punctual Deponierung of their right to use - i.e. a point credit

- In the desired period of use a room/an apartment is available.
- Sufficient points at the account
- Maximally 2 years can be deposited, otherwise the right to use

They communicate us - in time - that your right to use of a certain

But you keep points well written on your HNP account, the point quantity
depend on the season time and the category (the size) of your apartment
- on the point value of your right to use.
The point value of a right to use results on the one hand from the size
of the apartment (category) and on the other hand from the season time.
The season evaluation (grouping of 1 - 10) corresponds to the demand
for a certain calendar week (points oneself by hotel extent of utilization
to xx%/10; e.g. an average extent of utilization of 52% in the calendar
week 29 a grouping of 5 = %Basis corresponds)
Ever in former times you deposit, the more highly the exchange
value !!
Their right to use has an exactly registered use date per year - (RCI)
the week names. The further before the date you communicate us that
you will not use this week, the more points is worth this Deponierung.
They get 4% per zusächlichem year still additional point credit
note. (quartalsweise account).
The exchange value (the number of credited points) of your registered
week decreases starting from nine months the annually registered time
ago (registered utilization period their right to use) continuously.
With a Deponierung less than two months before the registered point
of utilization period, only more a Deponierung (= points) can be credited
if the hotel receives for it a spare reservation (= use by another member).
Otherwise the week is lost (and thus the paid operation costs.)
In the example: planned use date: 8.1.2005 (week 2 from 2005)
If it (at the latest!) 9 months before (13.4.2004) the use date your
week free-announce, to you still 100% of the points well written, off
then will become it less and less, starting from 60 days before (9.11.2004)
the use date give it then no more point credit note (the week comes
into “read minute” offer). If we still succeed your week
to marked out, there are nevertheless still points, otherwise one this
week than “NO show” applies used. Their apartment is well
heated, well maintained HOWEVER EMPTY. The calculated amount covered
(for the total costs of the hotel) of this week is used by (already
paid) the operating cost! The costs of the hotel remain the same, whether

of a credit note.

which planned point of utilization period freely announce your week,

Points, which are three years ago deposited and still
unused, lose automatically their validity. Please be inquire, when and
how many points would purge.
