Owner internal use

As (with) owners of the hotel you have naturally the possibility of inhabiting your house when and where you would like; A condition - it actual at short notice - which freely.
They can in any apartment, at any time, arbitrarily for a long time (minimum stay: 3 days) lives. They pay for it only the resulting operating cost - if you use.


They have a well maintained apartment, in a beautiful house with responding infrastructure (spa + Aquarena, lobby, bar, 3 restaurant, uvm.) in a fantastically beautiful environment; - Use you which you have!
The business purpose of the HNP is: to secure the partners of the HNP the Investionen already transacted werthaltig and to create a economical apartment possibility permanently.
That is realized by the tourist marketing of the free premises.
The tourist marketing of the free premises never takes place to 100%, which are thereby to empty-standing rooms all partners at the disposal - the operating cost is only charged for it. It lies in the nature of the thing that these partner weeks can be reserved only at short notice. If you have interest on such partner weeks, inquire simply in the hotel. We know, when which is free or which and to reserve you gladly a enstprechendes apartment will remain free.
This use is bound to the person of the Gesllschaftes and/or to the family and cannot take place not through third. (Contrary to their rem contractually right of use or the point use verreinbarten)
